Email: On the right sidebar at the top, you can follow by email.
Blog Lovin: I have the option through blog loving on the right sidebar.
RSS: I have an icon to follow through feedburner/feedly.
Add: You can add my blog yourself to the feed reader you are using. google reader, feedly, etc.
Linky: And I have Linky Followers too!
